Frequently Asked Questions

Are these image tools really free?

These tools are free to use without signup or an added PixelOkay watermark. File limits and browser compatibility still apply.

Do you store my images?

Selected images are processed in your browser. Optional codecs and AI models load from third-party CDNs, which receive normal network request information. Keep an original copy of your image.

What's the maximum file size?

Inputs are limited to 50 MB per file and 36 megapixels after decoding. Batches allow up to 50 images and 200 MB. Very large images can still exceed device memory; resize them in a desktop editor first.

Which formats are supported?

JPG, PNG and WebP work in modern browsers. The format converter adds HEIC decoding and BMP, TIFF and single-frame GIF export through optional libraries. AVIF export depends on browser support; TIFF input is not universally supported.

Can I batch process multiple images?

Yes! Compress, resize, and convert tools support batch processing. Upload multiple files at once.
