A few useful answers

What is included in Office Tools?

The collection has eight working viewers and editors for DOCX documents, XLSX worksheet data, CSV tables, and PPTX slides.

Can I open or edit a file yet?

Yes. All eight Office tools are available. XLSX Phase 2 reads and edits a documented formula/style subset with search/filter/sort and bulk previews. Other format limits are described on each tool page.

Is PixelOkay part of Microsoft Office?

No. PixelOkay is an independent project and is not affiliated with Microsoft. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are Microsoft product names used here to identify familiar file types.

Are older DOC, XLS, and PPT files included?

The first planned formats are DOCX, XLSX, CSV, and PPTX. Support for older binary Office files has not been added.

Where can I work with PDFs?

The existing PDF Tools category includes PDF workflows. Office Tools is a separate collection for documents, spreadsheet data, and presentations.

Choose an Office viewer or editor

Use a viewer to inspect supported content, an editor to change it, or Document Studio for its separate document-creation workflow. These tools preserve defined features rather than every Microsoft Office structure or rendering detail.

Tool inputs, optional downloads and browser storage vary. Read the selected tool’s instructions and keep your originals or editable backups when needed. About PixelOkay · Privacy policy · Contact and feedback.
